We are currently expanding our IT team in Bucharest and we are looking for dynamic, motivated and career oriented person for Senior Software Engineer position:
- to write code in software development projects
- to write documentation in technical manner to describe business needs
- to analyze business needs in software development projects
- to track efforts for development
- to coordinate software development processes
- to coordinates processes of testing software
Our new colleague should fulfill the folowing requirements:
- good knowledge in software development methodologies
- standard Project Management, use / build tracking tools
- knowledge of change management tools, understand configuration and access management
- good communication skills, analytical thinking, writing / schema / charts / diagram documents
- good understanding of IT platforms (databases, network infrastructure, and network services), good understanding of the tools to be used (development tools, project management tools, reporting tools, etc.)
- programming languages (C#, T-SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, etc.), related technologies (Stored Procedure, Web Services, Data Transformation Services, .NET Framework, et.)
- coaching, good knowledge of the market
- project management, ability to see ‘the big picture’; data manipulation
- methodologies
- language skills, document style, etc.
- analytical skills, good understanding of business and processes
