|
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
You are in charge of the development of the local organisation (a start-up)
MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- in charge of the R&D and Support teams (15 by end of 2010, potential 20 staff)
- energetic and focused management of the local staff, driving achievements of every short term milestones
- hands-on approach, with the capability to coach and support developers, and to contribute to the development activity
- coordination and animation of the activity along the constraints imposed by timely Customer deliveries, with regular sprints
- communication and integration with the Head Quarter structure to adopt common standards, practices, methodology and tools
- work with own network and recruitment agencies to identify and qualify new employees
- maintains close contact with resources to ensure churn is limited to a minimum
REQUIREMENTS:
- previous C++ development expertise
- agile development methodology knowledge and experience
- integrated Development Environment experience
- previous experience in wireless phone application development
- fluent English is a must, French is a plus
- verbal and written communication skills mandatory
- demonstrated leadership skills mandatory
